You will need Nutella and can of those Pillsbury Crescents.

1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2) Pop open Crescent can and lay triangles on a greased baking sheet or whatever.

3) Lather tops with nutella to a about 1/2 inch left on edges.

4) Put another triangle over these^ and press edges together with fork

5) Bake for 5 to 12 Min depending on how hard you like it.

6) lose the weight loss challenge Sudo just posted about.

I've got a recipe somewhere for maple cookies that I found and modified. I put in a good amount of Mrs. Butterworths, and they come out moist and chewy.

Sounds delicious Taco.

My contribution, the lazy man's way to make peanut butter cookies:

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Mix and place tablespoon portions on cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes at 350F.

Hashbrown Casserole:

1 Bag frozen hashbrowns
1 Can cream of onion soup
1 Stick of butter, melted
8oz sour cream
8-12 ounce good sharp block of cheddar, shredded
Hot sauce (I like texas pete for this) and salt/pepper
Breadcrumbs/crushed doritos/ritz/corn flakes/what the fuck ever to put on top.

Mix up everything but the topping and spread it in a casserole dish. Throw that topping on. Stick it in the oven at 375 for 45-50 minutes (I like to broil it for a few more minutes after this process to get a nice brown top but you gotta watch that shit). Seriously like the best fucking shit on the planet. Protip: Substitute 1 stick melted butter for 1 stick's worth pot butter, for HASH brown casserole.

There's too many good dishes out there for me to pick a favorite, but for the simplicity vs. deliciousness, this is my pick. It's a one-pan dish that delivers massive flavor and requires little technique:

Chicken with Awesome Sauce (Or Chicken with Basil Cream Sauce, if you want to be a boring fucking contrarian).

1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts (cook time is assuming organic breasts, i shoot for ~3 lbs of normal chicken and cook until chicken is done, which is 5-15 mins longer than suggested below. Organic chicken is usually dead on for the time listed, but make sure that shit be done.)
3 tblsp butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy whipping cream
4 oz sliced pimento (one of the not tiniest jars)
1/2 cup grated parmesan (try to get real grated parmesan, kraft don't cut it for this shit)
1/4 cup julienned fresh basil (roll up leaves together and make parallel slices ~1/8 inch apart, get basil strings)
Pepper to taste

1. Place milk and bread crumbs in separate, shallow bowls. In skillet, heat butter or margarine to medium heat. Dip chicken in milk, then coat with crumbs. Cook in butter or margarine, on both sides, until juices run clear (about 15 minutes). Remove and keep warm.

2. Add broth to skillet. Bring to a boil over medium heat, and stir to loosen browned bits from pan. Stir in cream and pimentos; boil and stir for 1 minute. Reduce heat.

3. Add Parmesan cheese, basil and pepper. Stir sauce and cook until heated through. Pour mixture over chicken and serve!

A couple of my favorites that are really easy:

-Slow cooker chicken stuff (not sure what the actual name is)
This would be a good one for the weight challenge guys.

pkg boneless chicken breasts, thawed (I use the package of 3)
1 16oz jar salsa, whatever flavor floats your boat
1 can black beans
1 can corn
optional-mushrooms. Fresh or can. I love shrooms, put them on anything possible.

Put breasts in slow cooker, add salsa, black beans, and corn (shrooms too). Stir it around to evenly spread everything. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8. Tear chicken apart when time is up.
Eaten just like this is low fat and very tasty. I like to roll em up in tortillas and put sour cream and shredded cheese on it.

Cheesy chicken enchiladas:

pkg of boneless chicken breasts
1 16oz jar salsa
2 pkg cream cheese
tortillas (flour, never have tried corn with these)
velveeta cheese or shredded

Boil chicken until done. While thats going on, soften cream cheese then add salsa to it, mix well with blender or by hand.

Preheat oven to 350.

Shred chicken and add to the cream cheese salsa mix. Mix well.
Add mix to tortillas (if shredded cheese is used, sprinkle some on now) roll em up.
Put them in a glass pyrex dish or a cookie sheet. Put in oven for 15-20 or until you can see the tortillas starting to tan, or however you like them.

That's it, theyre done. For velveeta cheese, melt and drizzle over the top of them.

Love this dish! My Mom used to make it and showed me how. You can experiment with the amount of salsa used. Some people like more or less.
