(Wrote this one while at college, was kinda distracted so it might seem a bit broken up)

Various people scurry about the battlefield, stepping over the corpses and body parts of the fallen. Many fail when they run out of bullets and rockets, others die from a sudden case of knife-in-back, and others still just seem to forget the five D's of Dodgeball. Whatever the case, the dead litter the ground while the living pick over their corpses in the hopes of finding a few extra rockets.
Meanwhile, in the grimy tunnels of the sewers, a pair of engineers wade through knee-deep sludge towards the enemy base, making sure to not be seen. One sets up a teleporter exit underneath the stairs leading up to the surface, making a checkpoint for easier return. They duck behind the doorway into the enemy base, one peeking around the corner to make sure the coast was clear. He quickly moves back into the shadows as a scout races around the corner and heads out the front door, and the couple waits a few more moments before heading in, shotguns at the ready should they meet resistance. But if they were spotted, their plans would instantly be foiled.
As they make their way through the main room directly beneath the enemy spawn, they spot a dispenser in the corner, but leave it alone for the time being. If they attempted to do damage to it, it would alert the engineer of the presence of someone in the room. So they sneak past it, peering into the enemy's courtyard for any sign of a sentry. None in view, they quickly make their way underneath the stairs on the opposite side of the courtyard, looking over the edge of the walkway into the hay room. A few enemies spill out of their spawn and go out onto their battlements, and in the lull of their absence the pair of engineers race up the stairs and down the straight stairwell into the enemy basement.
Taking a quick moment to catch their breath, they listen closely for any sound indicating a sentry in the room where the intelligence was held. They wait in silence for several seconds, waiting for the telltale beeps and hisses of machinery. When none came, they strolled in, the other engineer placing a teleporter in the corner. They pair up and quickly set up their machines, making sure to not stand too near the enemy intelligence. The mostly empty room is soon filled with sentries and dispensers, and the engineers alert their team of their triumph. Soon their teammates flood into the room, working quickly to grab the intel and get it safely into their own base.
The couple begin to relax, having completed a job well done. The team makes quick work of capturing the intelligence, getting four more in ten minutes, leading to a quick victory. The bodies of the enemy litter the ground in the room just outside, a few more in the stairwells on either side. The body of an enemy spy is later spotted hanging from the bridge by his foot, his ankle wedged in between two planks. No one on the enemy team survived the onslaught, their corpses a sign of victory of two engineers who dared to leave their base.

Job well done.

Man this story describes exactly what happened tonight just before you got online. 5 caps in a row, the other team had no idea. But now everyone knows our plan. DAMMIT. Now people will defend their intel. Thanks for ruining it! As I like to tell the other team -- "guard your intel, or WE will do it for you" muahaha

Thanks for another awesome chronicle of our exploits. Fortunately the story omits the part where we get killed 8 times in a row trying to sneak in. But roll the dice enough times and pretty soon you get lucky...
