Man that looks delicious. My smoker just can't produce like that, really bad design, although now they've added a side box for the heat source. Now you've made me really hungry so I will have to drag out the old charcoal grill out from behind the shed and see if I can make it look half as good as yours.

That explains the Toys R' Us sticker on it. I do owe my smoker and apology though, I did a good job for a charcoal-converted-to-electric setup. I cut a couple of metal coffee cans down to fit under the bowl and was able to finally get enough hickory nuggets in there to create a good amount of smoke.

I may need to rethink the boneless ribs, those are pretty fatty but I normally grill them with higher heat and it cooks off, not so much with the lower heat of the smoker. My dog enjoyed some of those trimmings though.
